Join ASHM & Liquid Alchemy Beverages for the release of our special limited-edition cider collaboration, Rambo’s Revival – New Sweden Apple & Lingonberry Hard Cider! This cider combines historic tradition with a modern Scandinavian lingonberry twist. It’s truly unique because it features heritage Rambo apples grown on the Museum’s apple trees. This apple species traces its origins back to the early 1600s when it was brought to the New Sweden Colony by Peter Gunnarsson Rambo.
Participants will enjoy a delicious apple-themed spread of roasted pork loin with caramelized apples and onions, apple and sweet potato roast, beet & apple salad, apple coleslaw, and warm apple & lingonberry crisp.
Have fun with friends throughout the evening playing a variety of apple-themed games and historical trivia! Liquid Alchemy co-founders Jeffrey Cheskin and Terri Sorantino will also give a talk about the apple cider-making process.
The event price includes food and one cider ticket. Additional ciders or other bar beverages can be purchased. Nonalcoholic apple cider and beverages are also available. Must be 21+ to sample Rambo’s Revival. $25 for advanced tickets and ASHM members, $30 at the door.
