12:15 pm EST

Take a break from your day, whether at home or work, to be immersed in a Scandinavian cultural experience. Each field trip experience is 45 minutes long and presented over Zoom. $5 for members and $10 for nonmembers, registration is required.

Join us as we visit the Royal Palace of Stockholm and learn about five hundred years of Swedish Royal history. The Royal Palace of Stockholm is His Majesty The King's official residence and is also the setting for most of the monarchy's official receptions, open to the public year round. The palace is built in baroque style by the architect Nicodemus Tessin and is formed as a Roman palace. Meet museum docent Joakim Hultman as he guides you through some of the most decisive historical events in Swedish history walking through the Royal Apartments.
